Scope of application
Radish red is used for food coloring in frozen drinks, jams, candied fruit, candies, pastries, vinegar, sauces, and braised products, compound seasonings, fruit and vegetable juices, flavored drinks, concocted wine, jelly, etc. It can be used in the corresponding category of food according to the amount limit in GB 2760 (Chinese standards for food additives).
