Scope of application
Carthamins yellow is used for food coloring in frozen drinks, canned fruits, and vegetables, candy, decorative fruits, pickled vegetables, cooked nuts, instant rice and noodles, food filling, pastry decoration, etc. It can be used in the corresponding category of food according to the amount limit in GB 2760 (Chinese standards for food additives).
